If you like to stay in the heart of the action then the Chalethotel Dahu is perfect. It's close to shops, bars and restaurants. The ski school is a couple of minutes walk away and the Forum Centre, with bowling alley, skating rink and climbing wall. Plus it's just 100m from the Croisette lift station.

Description:

Chalehotel Dahu is friendly and inviting with its open plan lounge bar on the first floor full of comfortable sofas and soft lights. It feels wonderfully welcoming at the end of a long day on the slopes, just the place to relax with a drink. Opening off the lounge, the restaurant is light and airy, with plenty of space to dine with a group or take a table for two.

Bedrooms are a good size and well designed for families. Many rooms will take an extra bed, some rooms are interconnecting and there's one very stylish suite. Single rooms are also available. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, TV with English channels and most have balconies.

There is a Viva Health and beauty salon within the hotel, offering a variety of treatments such as massage, facials, manicures and pedicures. A perfect indulgence after a hard day's skiing.

There are a total of 35 rooms comprising of:

• Twin - 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom (some rooms can take an extra bed and/or cot).
• Bunk Room - Single bed with a pull down bunk (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) with en-suite bathroom.
• Single - 2 single beds (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) and en-suite bathroom.
• Small Double - 1 small double with en-suite bathroom.
• Interconnecting Twins (small) - 1 twin room interconnecting to a second smaller twin room (suitable for children). Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
• Interconnecting Twins - 2 twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Can take an extra cot.
• Mezzanine Room - Open plan room comprising sofa, 2 armchairs and 2 single beds. Staircase to mezzanine level with double & single bed, en-suite bathroom upstairs and additional WC downstairs.

Skiing as a family is a fantastic experience and great fun too. Our market-leading childcare is something we are immensely proud of and with 30 years experience, we have thought of everything. So you can take time out and hit the slopes knowing your children, whether skiers or non-skiers (from 4 months to 12 years) are in safe hands and having fun. Our British nannies are all top notch and hold either an NNEB, DCE, NVQ or equivalent qualification, or at least 2 years' relevant childcare experience.

We have creches in 9 of our chalethotels all of which are bright, colourful, warm and filled with plenty of games and toys to keep our younger guests entertained. They are fully equipped with essentials such as cots for daytime naps, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridges. There are also 24-hour kitchen facilities for those early morning or late night feeds.

Our crèches are open after breakfast at 9am enabling you to drop your children off with us and get out on to the slopes early. And for children in our childcare and booked into ski school our nannies will drop the kids off and pick them up when's it's over. They'll ensure they're settled into their class and collect them for lunch and at the end of the day it's back to the chalethotel for tea.
