Location:

Situated in Tignes Le Lavachet, an excellent location just a short ski from the Chaudanne & Paquis lifts and the centre of the village. For beginner skiers, a short bus ride to Tignes Le Lac from right outside the front door takes you to Val Claret where you will meet your instructor. The resort bus is free and runs between Val Claret, Le Lac and Le Lavachet giving easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and the wellness centre.

Families, couples, solo travellers and groups of friends are all welcomed at the Hauts de Toviere and we invite you to come and enjoy the charm and comfort of this spacious chalethotel.

There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge and bar area before dinner or alternatively enjoy an apres-ski drink or two at Scotty's Bar, operated from the hotel at lower ground floor level. The large galleried dining room enjoys picture perfect views of the mountain from its floor to ceiling windows.

There is plenty going on outside of the chalethotel too with a bowling alley, climbing wall, cinema, snow rafting and husky rides in the village

Bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and are a mix of small doubles, doubles, twins, family and mini apartments. The rooms are light and airy and decorated in warm russet tones. Bathrooms are modern and all are en-suite.

There are a total of 31 rooms comprising of:

• Small Double - 1double bed.
• Twin - 2 single beds, en-suite, some rooms take an extra bed or cot.
• Triple - 3 single beds, en-suite bathroom.
• Mini Apartment One twin & one double, spacious bathroom with bath (shower attachment) and toilet. Balcony off main bedroom, south facing.

Skiing as a family is a fantastic experience and great fun too. Our market-leading childcare is something we are immensely proud of and with 30 years experience, we have thought of everything. So you can take time out and hit the slopes knowing your children, whether skiers or non-skiers (from 4 months to 12 years) are in safe hands and having fun. Our British nannies are all top notch and hold either an NNEB, DCE, NVQ or equivalent qualification, or at least 2 years' relevant childcare experience.

We have creches in 9 of our chalethotels all of which are bright, colourful, warm and filled with plenty of games and toys to keep our younger guests entertained. They are fully equipped with essentials such as cots for daytime naps, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridges. There are also 24-hour kitchen facilities for those early morning or late night feeds.

Our crèches are open after breakfast at 9am enabling you to drop your children off with us and get out on to the slopes early. And for children in our childcare and booked into ski school our nannies will drop the kids off and pick them up when's it's over. They'll ensure they're settled into their class and collect them for lunch and at the end of the day it's back to the chalethotel for tea.
