We had a great time in Verbier. I have been meaning to drop you and Melissa an email to thank you for your efforts - which played a big part in making the trip so enjoyable.

In terms of feedback I think the best thing about Mountain Beds was the personal level of service and detailed local knowledge / advice that Mountain Beds provided. This allowed a level of flexibility that would not have been possible with larger / package orientated firms and really made the difference for us.

We had a great trip. Mountain Beds came up trumps again. This is my third trip with you since 09 and I'll be going through you for the next one. Hotel Riffelberg was great. Staff wonderful. Room great. Location great. Food was a bit variable but when it was good it was really good.

We love Zermatt and think we'll be going back soon, so if MB can increase its knowledge of Zermatt towards that of Verbier, we will be even more impressed.

For me, the three places to ski in Europe are Zermatt, Verbier and St Anton. We just found Zermatt and St A a bit easier to get to than Verbier, probably because Zurich is better connected to intl airports than Geneva.

So all good and look forward to arranging our next trip.
