When COVID-19 struck, standard cancellation and refund policies did not always apply.  Countries, suppliers and insurers had different rules and procedures.

We have selected accommodation providers and suppliers we feel we can trust.  We have checked our policies and thought about how best to provide peace of mind to our valuable clients.

When the Swiss ski resorts closed due to COVID-19 all Swiss hotels and agents offered guests full refunds as a blanket policy. Therefore, we have full confidence in booking properties for our customers in Switzerland.

The standard of cleaning in Swiss managed properties has always been high and this will continue with additional measures in place including contactless arrival procedures. Click here to find out more.

Other countries and suppliers have different policies regarding cancellation. We will always try to find you the perfect holiday and will remind you to check the terms and conditions of any accommodation or holiday supplier before you book.  Package holidays are a safer option because they are covered by ATOL in case they fail.  Also if they cancel your holiday they must offer an alternative or a refund.

You must always take out adequate insurance should you have to cancel or become unable to travel.  We work with MPI Brokers who cover emergency medical expenses should you contract COVID-19 whilst abroad.
