Description
A wonderful example of old alpine rural architecture. One beam sports the date 1518. There are three living spaces, the stone vaulted restaurant – once a stable, a mezzanine where you find the reception, lounge and breakfast area. The bedrooms are on the first floor.
Location
Stadel Soussun lies in a small valley above the town of Champoluc and is easily accessible from the top of the Crest cable car. A walking track runs from the cable station to the village, through a beautiful pine wood with wonderful views of Monte Rosa and Matterhorn. In winter the track becomes the piste which connects the village to the Monterosa ski domain.
