Description

Chalet Vetera 223 is a welcoming large five bedroom, split-level 175m2 apartment for 8-10 people.  It is ideal for a group with some preferring single rooms or for families. The open-plan living room/dining room has huge windows and a large sunny balcony offering impressive, uninterrupted views of the mountains and down to the valley below.

First Level: A sunny comfortable living room with dining area, open fireplace, cable TV and fast WiFi. A compact, fully equipped kitchen has a large hatch to the dining area.  The large wrap around balcony is accessible from both the living room and kitchen.  A twin/double room and a single with a second pull out bed share a bathroom.  There is also a guest cloakroom, and good hanging space for ski clothing. Wooden stairs lead up to the second level.

Upstairs there is a double room with King-size bed and en-suite shower room.  A large twin/double room and a long room with Queen-size bed and additional single bed both have doors to the balcony. The long room can also act as a second sitting room as there is a large TV and DVD player. They share a bathroom and separate loo.

There is one parking space (may be too low with a roofbox) and a ski locker.  Many clients prefer to rent a locker at Medran giving them freedom to enjoy Verbier’s après on the way home.

Location

Chalet Vetera is situated close to the town centre right on the Southern edge of Verbier’s sunny plateau. The apartment is extremely peaceful, benefiting from quiet surroundings – no traffic noise or late night revellers. All you can hear in summer is the sound of cowbells. Yet it is only 5 minutes/250 metres walk down from the main street with its free and frequent bus service to Medran.  The nearest shopping centre with two supermarkets, a pharmacy, medical centre, laundrette and ski school office is a short walk away as is the famous Farm Club.
