Normally we are paid on a commission basis by the holiday supplier and the price we give you will be the same as if you went direct.
Yes, we work with a number of companies who supply package holidays protected by their ATOL, ABTA or TTA memberships.
You will lose your deposit. You may get some refund off the balance depending on how soon to the departure date you are. Please read the terms and conditions of the holiday supplier you are booked with.
We strongly suggest you take out insurance as soon as you book. This may cover you for illness or family bereavement.

There are some super companies with fully trained staff offering in-house childcare.
There are some great agencies with nannies who will come to the chalet and look after your children, taking them to and from ski school if required.
As well as the ski schools many resorts have their own creches.
